Upon boarding we start with an introductory lesson of about 30 minutes: paddle, balance and basic techniques for moving safely.
Then we set off for about 1 hour and 30 minutes among hidden coves, caves and cliffs: the most beautiful stretch of the Cagliari coastline seen from the sea.
The stop in a quiet cove lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes: swimming, snorkeling and refreshments, while our team takes souvenir photos. Return to base in about 30 minutes.
