I declare that I understand that Super Holidays acts as a mere intermediary between me and the Experience Provider and that the service contract will be finalized directly with the latter, who is solely responsible for the correct execution of the activity.
I declare that I understand that it is necessary to arrive on time for the tour or excursion and that any delays will result in the loss of the right to a refund of the full amount paid for the experience. A maximum delay of 5 minutes is tolerated.
